Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Urak dol 1 cup soak3 hours make paste
  2. 3 cups steam rice ravva
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1 punch baking soda
  5. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  6. Curry leaves
  7. 3 green chilies slices

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl ,pour urak Dall paste
  2. Add steamed rice ravva (washed strained)
  3. Mix well ,keep a side for 6 hours to ferment.
  4. Take a plate ,grease ghee on base of plate
  5. Then take batter add salt,soda transfer to a greased plate
  6. Keep in steam on steamer stand, cook on a medium flame for 15 min.
  7. Then take out ,cut cubes and arrange as shown in the picture.
  8. For tadaka, heat a pan with some oil.
  9. Add mustard seeds ,jeera,chili slices, curry leaves
  10. Pour the tempering over the dhokla and serve.
