Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Marie biscuit 6 number
  2. Dark chocolate 50 gram
  3. Dates 10. number
  4. Almond 8 to 10
  5. Kaju [cashew nuts] 10
  6. Grated coconut 2 tablespoon
  7. Ghee one teaspoon


  1. First make chocolate ganache ,by using double boiler method ,melt chocolate
  2. Dip Marie biscuit into the chocolate ganache, covering both the sides.
  3. Refrigerate it for 5 minutes
  4. For making energy bar , chop dates, almond ,Kaju into the fine pieces
  5. In Pan heat ghee.
  6. Add dates, almonds, kaju and grated coconut.
  7. Mix well until it removes ghee from edges of pan.
  8. Remove from heat.and make flat balls.
  9. Put the ball between the chocolate covered biscuits.
  10. Serve immediately.
