These kulchas are very healthy and very unique in taste. These hyderabadi kulchas are prepared differently by grilling and it's stuffing is truly authentic. A recipe which surely kids would love rather all age groups too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potatoes, 1/2kg
  2. Paneer, 100grams
  3. Kulcha, 4
  4. Onion, 1, chopped
  5. Green chilli, 2, chopped
  6. Ginger- garlic, 1tsp, chopped
  7. Coriander leaves, 2tsp chopped
  8. Red chilli powder, 1tsp
  9. Coriander powder, 1tsp
  10. Garam masala, 1tsp
  11. Dry mango powder, 1/2tsp
  12. Chaat masala, 1tsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Butter as required

Instructions

  1. Take the potatoes and boil them for 4 whistles.
  2. When cooled, peel and mash.
  3. Take the paneer and mash it.
  4. Now take a bowl and add mashed potatoes, paneer, onion, green chilli, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves and mix well.
  5. Now to this mixture add red chilli powder, dry mango powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and mix well.
  6. Your stuffing is ready.
  7. Take a kulcha and cut into half.
  8. To the one part apply butter and then put the stuffing and sprinkle chaat masala over it.
  9. Cover with the other piece and grill by applying butter.
  10. Prepare rest of the pieces too similarly.
  11. Your delicious hyderabadi kulchas are ready, serve with raw mango chutney or any dip of your choice.
