ABOUT Fried Ice cream RECIPE

This is a delicious recipe of a lip smacking desert , made with ice cream, fried.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Vanilla ice cream - 1 scoop
  2. Cornflakes- 1/2 cup (crushed)
  3. Maida - 2 tablespoon
  4. oil

Instructions

  1. Freeze 1 scoop vanilla ice-cream for one hour
  2. Mix the maida with water and made a thick paste
  3. Dip the frozen ice cream in the maida paste
  4. Coat it with crushed cornflakes
  5. Freeze it for another one hour
  6. Fry it for 5-10 seconds in the hot oil
  7. Decorate with chocolate sauce and sprinkles
  8. Serve it hot and enjoy with your children
