Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flower(maida)2 cups and more for dusting
  2. Dry yeast 1/4 tespoon
  3. sugar 1 teaspoon
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Cheese slice (for stuffing) 4/5 per pizza
  6. Tomato puree 4 table spoon
  7. Mixed herb
  8. Origano
  9. Red chilli flex
  10. Green yellow red belpepper chopped
  11. Onion chopped
  12. Garlic chopped
  13. Mozzarella cheese
  14. Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Take dry yeast add Luke warm water and 1 teaspoon sugar to it , stir it leave for 15 mins.
  2. after 15 mins. take maida add east mix it. cover with a clean wet cloth. leave it for at least 45 mins.
  3. then prepare the pizza sauce. hit oil in a pan add chopped garlic, stir it add tomato puree, salt mix herb, origano and cilli flex. cook for 10 mins. its ready now.
  4. take the maida mix add olive oil , salt knead it thoroughly, sprinkle some more flower if needed. leave it again with cover for few mins.
  5. Take one bigger , one smaller balls of the dough.
  6. make a bigger thin round sheet with a roller pin . put on cheese slices. cover it with the smaller round sheet of the dough made by the smaller dough ball . wrap the side. and spread pizza sauce on it.
  7. Sprinkle chopped garlic, put onions belpeppers on it , sprinkle origano, mix herb and chilli flex, spread shredded mozzarella cheese all over it.
  8. Grease the pizza tray with olive oil. sprinkle some flower on it. place the pizza on it carefully.
  9. Preheat the oven at 200 degree calcius for 25 mins. in convection mode. bake the pizza for about 12- 15 mins.
  10. Cheese burst onion bell pepperer pizza is now ready.
