Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Maida 1cup
  2. Cocoa powder 1/2tsp
  3. Brown sugar 1/4cup
  4. Condensed milk 1/2cup
  5. Milk 1/2cup
  6. Oil 4tbsp
  7. Baking powder 1tsp
  8. Baking soda 1/2tsp
  9. Red food color 1/2tsp
  10. Vinegar 1tsp
  11. White choco chips 1/2cup

Instructions

  1. Take a mixing bowl, mix oil and sugar.
  2. Then add condensed milk, whip well, then add vanilla essence, vinegar and half of milk. Beat.
  3. Sieve the flour above this, and mix slowly.
  4. Add baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, food color, and remaining milk and mix nicely.
  5. Meanwhile preheat the oven at 180°.
  6. Now layer cup cake moulds with liners.
  7. Pour 1spoon of the batter on each mould.
  8. Sprinkle some white choco chips on top.
  9. Bake for 12-15mins or till done.
  10. Check with a toothpick.
  11. Cool a bit and enjoy.
