This is my kids favourite lunch box recepie. Wheat flour , littlt corn flour , lots of butter and Salt and Pepper.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1 bowl.
  2. Corn flour 3 tsp
  3. Cold butter 100 grams.
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Pepper 1 tsp.
  6. Cannolla oil for frying.

Instructions

  1. Take both flours in a bowl.
  2. Add Salt and pepper.
  3. Add zeera by rubbing between palms.
  4. Add chilled butter. Rub and incorporate in flours by using finger tips.
  5. Add minimum quantity of water to make a tight dough.
  6. Take a big quantity of flour ball.
  7. Roll a big roti. Cut small circles with help of bottle cover.
  8. If you'd kids love crispy taste roll thin. If you want fluffy poori roll regular thick.
  9. Heat oil and fry both the sides. Let them cool. Store in an air tight container.
  10. Give your kid in lunch box.
