ABOUT soya power pack RECIPE

This is a power packed, protein rich dish , made with soya granules. My kids love this and i often make this for them.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. soya granules1 cup
  2. tomato ketchup - 1 tsp
  3. soy sauce - 1 tsp
  4. vinegar - 1 tbsp
  5. salt
  6. sugar [just a pinch]
  7. pepper 1 tsp
  8. onion sliced - 1
  9. atta for making roll [as required]
  10. Refined oil


  1. first boil the soya granules and squeeze the extra water, keep aside.
  2. fry the granules
  3. Heat some oil in a pan. Add sliced onion and saute until golden brown.
  4. Then add the soya granules, followed by the spices, salt and sugar. Saute for few minutes and then add the sauces.
  5. Give it a good mix and cook until dry. Once done, keep aside.
  6. Now make chapathis out of the dough kneaded earlier.
  7. Now take a cooked chapathi, put some soya stuffing, roll it, wrap in a silver foil and serve hot.
