This is a yummiest vegetable curry which is easy and quick to make and everyone can enjoy this.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 100 gram paneer
  2. 1 onion
  3. 1 tomato
  4. 1 tsp ginger
  5. 1 green chilli
  6. 1 tsp jeera
  7. 1 cinnemon stick
  8. 2 clives
  9. 2 cardmon
  10. 7 cashews
  11. 2 tsp khuskhus soaked in water
  12. 1/2 cup cream
  13. 1/2 cuo milk
  14. Kasoori methi
  15. Salt as per taste
  16. 1/4 tsp haldi powder
  17. 1 tsp garam masala
  18. Coriander leaves
  19. 2 tsp ghee

Instructions

  1. Cut paneer in traingles
  2. Chop vegetables
  3. Take onion,tomato,ginger and chilli
  4. Make paste of them in mixi
  5. Make paste of cashews also
  6. Heat butter in pan
  7. Add whole spices
  8. When splutter add paste
  9. Add haldi powder and kaju khas khas paste
  10. Roast them
  11. When itbstart leaving oil add milk
  12. Let it cook and stir
  13. Add garam masala
  14. Add salt and cream
  15. Lastly add paneer and cook for 2 min.
  16. Garnish with coriander leaves,cream and tomati
  17. Serve hot
