Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1+1/3 cups maida
  2. 1tbsp Sugar
  3. 1+1/8 tsp instant yeast
  4. 3/4 tsp salt
  5. 1/2+1/8 cup water
  6. 1/8 cup olive oil
  7. 1/2 bunch of coriander
  8. 4 no of garlic cloves
  9. 1/8 cup olive oil
  10. salt 1/4 tsp
  11. 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  12. 2 green chillies
  13. Mozzarella cheese 100 gm

Instructions

  1. take the coriander garlic in a mixer grinder blend for few minutes
  2. add olive oil and mix properly
  3. add salt and black pepper
  4. sauce is reddy. Keep it aside
  5. in a bowl add the flour salt and sieved it.
  6. add yeast and sugar.
  7. knead it with lukewarm water until well combined.
  8. now knead the dough for 8 to 10 minutes.
  9. place the dough in a greased bowl and let it rise until do.
  10. after ferment punch down the dough on a floured surface.
  11. roll the dough and spread a thin layer of pesto sauce.
  12. now spread some grated cheese over it.
  13. roll the dough into a log.
  14. cut it in desired shape
  15. carefully pick up the bread and place in the prepare greased tin.
  16. again cover and let it rise in warm place until almost double
  17. preheat the oven at 200 degree
  18. Bake it at 250 degree for 5 to 10 minutes
  19. now bake on 200 for 20 to 25 minutes.
  20. when the bread is out of the oven lightly brush olive oil on the top and sides.
