ABOUT boondi raita RECIPE

very delicious raita made with boondi !!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Curd
  2. 1/4 cup salted boondi (deep fried droplets of Chickpea flour)
  3. 1/4 tsp Sugar
  4. 1/4 tsp roasted Cumin seeds (coarsely crushed)
  5. 1/2 tsp chopped fresh Coriander leaves Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take the curd in a bowl and add sugar, roasted cumin powder, chopped coriander and salt and mix well till sugar dissolves.
  2. In another bowl, take the boondi and add 1/2 cup hot water. After 20 seconds, drain the water and squeeze the boondi.
  3. Add the boondi to the curd and mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve chilled
