  1. Rava / sooji -2 cup
  2. Ghee / refind oil- 3spoon
  3. Green cardamom -2
  4. Sugar - 4-5 tsp (as per your taste)
  5. Water - 2cup
  6. Dry fruits

Instructions

  1. ADD 4 SPOON GHEE/ REFIND OIL + GREEN CARDAMOM IN HOT OIL
  2. ADD APPROX 2 CUP OF RAWA
  3. ROAST SOOJI UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  4. ADD 5 TSP OF SUGAR
  5. MIX IT AND ADD 2 CUP OF WATER
  6. DRY FRUITS
  7. ADD DRY FRUITS
  8. MIX PROPERLY
  9. SOOJI HALWA/ RAWA HALWA
