Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Green Chillies, chopped
  2. 1 tbsp Peanuts, roasted
  3. 2-3 Garlic Cloves
  4. ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
  5. Black pepper powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2 tsp olive oil
  8. 1 Tortilla
  9. 1 spring onion, chopped
  10. 1 small tomato, chopped
  11. 8-10 Coriander Leaves, chopped
  12. 100 gm Processed Cheese, grated
  13. 100 gm (6 tbsp) Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mint Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. For Thecha Mayonnaise :
  2. In a blender jar, add half green chilli, peanut, garlic, cumin seeds, black pepper, salt and grind for 30 seconds or till a smooth paste is formed.
  3. In a bowl add the above paste, 2 tbsp mint mayonnaise, mix well and keep aside.
  4. For Tortilla:
  5. In another bowl and add spring onion, tomato, coriander, remaining green chili, cheese and mix well.
  6. Heat oil in a nonstick pan (low flame) and cook tortilla from both sides till light brown.
  7. Sprinkle mixture made above on tortilla, add remaining mint mayonnaise & fold over the tortilla like a semi-circle.
  8. Cook for 30 seconds or till crispy. Cut and serve hot with thecha mayonnaise.
