ABOUT Dryfruits lassi RECIPE

Lassi is a traditional yoghurt based drink.Dry fruit lassi is very famous in Punjab and north India.It is filling and heavy on stomach so after having it sometime it makes us skip our lunch.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fresh curd 3 cups
  2. Sugar 4 tsp
  3. Almonds soaked in water .10
  4. Raisins 1 tsp
  5. Cashews 8
  6. Pistachios 1 tsp
  7. Green cardamom 2
  8. Honey 2. tsp
  9. Soaked chia seeds 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take curd in a mixer jar.Add soaked and peeled almonds.
  2. Add pistachios,raisins,water soaked cashews,cardamom.
  3. Add sugar and blend it for a minute.
  4. Add Chia seeds and ice cubes.Blend it again.
  5. Pour lassi in glasses. Garnish with small pieces of nuts and honey.
  6. Serve chilled
