A Lipsmackingly gud vadas dipped in Dahi(curd)..Tempered with curry leaves n mustard which take the dish to an anothet level....
Soak Urad daal in enough water for 6-8 hrs.Once fully soaked drain the water.
Now grind the daal with the other ingredients(Except red chilli powder n cumin powder ) with little water.The batter should be grinded well but not to a very fine paste.It should be a little coarse.
Now put the oil in the pan to heat.
Make small dumplings of the batter n put them in the oil.Fry them till golden brown.Take out on a kitchen tissue.
In a another pan take 2 cup warm water.Put the vadas in the water.
Let it soak for 2-3 mints.Now squeeze out the excess water n keep aside.
Beat the curd well with milk.Now put salt to taste in the curd n mix well.
Put the vadas in the curd n let them soak in it.
Sprinkle some red chilli powder n roasted Cummin powder
Now make the tempering n put it over the vadas.
Tadaaaa its ready to be devour... 😊 😍
