ABOUT Instant Nariyal(Coconut)Chutney RECIPE

This delish Coconut chutney is served as a condiments to varieties of dishes and take it to an another level..Many South Indian dishes are incomplete without it.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 big coconut
  2. 1/2 Cup Roasted n soaked Bengal Gram Daal
  3. 1 inch ginger Piece
  4. few curry leaves
  5. 3-4 green chillies
  6. salt to taste
  7. For tempering
  8. few curry leaves
  9. 1/2 tsp split white Urad daal
  10. 3-4 Slit green chillies
  11. Few mustard seeds
  12. 1tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Break the coconut into pieces
  2. Grind the coconut, soaked Bengal Gram Daal(Soaked for 15 mints), ginger,salt n green chillies to a fine paste.
  3. Take oil in a small pan.let it smoke n put mustard seeds, urad daal , saute for a while now put curry leaves n green chillies.
  4. Let them crackle now pour over the chutney
