Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Kiwi fruit peeled and chopped 1/2 cup
  2. Curd 1 cup
  3. Jaggery powder 3 tsp
  4. Vanilla essence 2 drop
  5. Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Ice-cubes 2

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped kiwi fruit.
  2. Add curd.
  3. Add jaggery.
  4. Cardamom powder, vanilla essence, ice-cubes.
  5. Blend smoothly.
  6. Pour into serving glass.
  7. Serve in chill.
