Ingredients to make Hilsha fish in Milk-Mustard gravy

  • Hilsa fish 400 gm
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 3 table spoon mustard Seed Paste
  • 3 table spoon popy seed paste
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • 2 Table spoon corriander Powder
  • 2 Table spoon turmeric powder
  • green chillies
  • salt to taste
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 cup mustard Oil

How to make Hilsha fish in Milk-Mustard gravy

  1. FRY FISH,SPLUTTER BLACK CUMIN SEEDS,ADD 3 TBSPMUSTARD& POPY SEED PASTE.THEN ADD TURMERIC POWDER,MILK
  2. ADD 2 TBSP CORRIANDER POWDER,STIRRED WELL.ADD 1 CUP WATER,ALLOW TO BOIL.ADD FRIED HILSA FISH, CHILLY
  3. NOW IT IS READY TO SERVE HILSA IN MILK-MUSTARD GRAVY.
