long grain basmati rice cooked with spices and mutton . full of aroma full of flavours.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. long grain rice . 300 gm soaked for 1 hr
  2. mutton 350
  3. Curd 100 ml
  4. onian 4
  5. Garam masala powder 1 tspn
  6. Red chilli powder 1 tspn
  7. Salt 2 tspn
  8. Ghee 150 gm
  9. whole spices .
  10. Bay leaf
  11. kewda water 1 tspn
  12. biriyani masala 1 tspn
  13. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbspn

Instructions

  1. 1 chop and fry 2 onions
  2. make a marinade of powdered spices curd and salt . let it marinate for 1 hr
  3. choppe 2 onians
  4. in a cooker add ghee . add chopped onians and marinated meat. mix and let it cool for 5 whistles
  5. meanwhile boil water in another pan add 1 tspn ghee . bay leaf . other whole garam masala. salt
  6. add rice and cook till 85 percent done
  7. now take out cooks pieces of mutton . add this cooked rice fried onians topped with mutton pieces. kewda water . seal the pan . Cook on dum for 10 minuets. open . garnish with fried onians . mint leaves
