Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg boil arbi
  2. 1 tbsp gram flour
  3. 1/2 tbsp ajwain
  4. 1/2 coriander powder
  5. 1/2 tbsp amchur
  6. 1 tbsp kasuri methi
  7. 1tbsp red chilli powder
  8. Heeng salt to taste

Instructions

  1. BOIL ARBI.
  2. AJWAIN GRAM FLOUR SALT RED CHILLI POWDER AND AMCHUR TURMERIC KASURI METHI.
  3. ADD HEENG AND AJWAIN TILL CRACKLE.
  4. ADD ARBI AND FRY IT.
  5. MIX WELL
  6. FRY TILL IT TURN CRISP.
  7. SEE
  8. ADD ALL SPICES AND MUX IT WELL.
  9. READY TO EAT
