ABOUT Veg Noodle Tikka RECIPE

Noodles is something which my husband likes, I have tried to make it a little healthier.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat noodles or regular
  2. Potatoes 2 boiled
  3. 1/2 Red bell pepper chopped
  4. 1/2 Yellow bell pepper chopped
  5. 1 medium Onion finely sliced
  6. 1 small tomato chopped
  7. 1 Carrot grated
  8. Black pepper as per taste
  9. 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  10. Chilly as per taste
  11. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Coriander for garnish

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl add boiled noodles, boiled mashed potatoes and one by one add all of chopped bell peppers, sliced onions, tomatoes, grated carrots, coriander chopped and spices (turmeric, chilly, black pepper crushed and salt to taste)
  2. Finally add 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice. Mix well and prepare small flatten balls.
  3. Heat a pan add oil or ghee and place balls( shallow fry).
  4. Your noodle tikka is ready to serve.
