Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup hung Curd
  2. 4 slice of bread white or brown as per your choice
  3. 1/2 cup finely chopped lettuce
  4. 1/4 cup grated Carrot
  5. 1/8 tsp black Pepper powder
  6. 1 tsp Honey
  7. 1 tsp Butter, olive oil or ghee Salt to taste
  8. Pinch of chaat Masala Some baby Tomatoes n mint leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl add chopped lettuce, grated carrot, hung curd, black pepper, chaat masala, salt, honey and mix well.
  2. Grease bread slices with butter lightly on one side.
  3. Now take one slice of bread and apply this ready mixture on the bread and cover with another bread slice.
  4. Your cold sandwich is ready. Cut into your desire shape. Garnish with baby tomatoes and some mint leaves. Serve with tomato sauce and enjoy!
