Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 row banana
  2. 3 spoon rice flour
  3. 1 spoon grated ginger
  4. 1 onion finely chopped
  5. 2-3 green chilli chopped
  6. salt as per taste
  7. 1/2 spoon turmeric powder
  8. 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 spoon chat masala
  10. 1/2 spoon coriander powder
  11. 1/2 spoon dry mango powder
  12. 2 spoon chopped coriander leaves
  13. oil for shallow frying


  1. Wash and boil raw banana in cookar.
  2. Peel the skin and mashed it.
  3. In big plate put all ingredients accept oil.
  4. Mix all ingredients well and make a dough
  5. Now make a shape of kabab .
  6. Heat a tawa put little oil and shallow fry these kabab in medium flame until turn golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with sause or chutney.
