ABOUT Mango-Avocado Salad RECIPE

It is a healthy and delicious salad with sour and tangy dressing.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 mangoes
  2. 1 Avocado
  3. 1 tsp extra virgin Olive oil
  4. 1/4 tsp Salt
  5. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  6. 1 tsp lemon juice
  7. 1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
  8. 1 tbsp finely chopped mint

Instructions

  1. Cut mango and avocado into small pieces.
  2. Dressing: Take a bowl add oil, salt, pepper, juice, cilantro, mint and mix well.
  3. Drizzle dressing onto chopped mango and avocado pieces. Mix well. Salad is ready to serve.
