Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dates desseded one cup
  2. Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  3. Mixed dry fruits 1/2 cup
  4. Ghee 2 tsp


  1. Take half cup of mixed dry fruits and saute them in 1 tsp ghee till they become light brown and also start releasing aroma. Put them in a plate to cool down, now saute 1 tbsp poppy seeds and keep that aside too.
  2. Take one cup of desseded dates and make a coarse paste out of it. Heat the pan again and add 1 tsp ghee when it's mild hot add the dates paste and cook for two mins, in the meantime make a coarse powder of the dry fruits also.
  3. Switch off the flame and immediately add the dry fruits powder and mix everything properly. Take out the mixture in a bowl, apply some ghee on your palm and start making the laddo. Dip the laddo in the poppy seeds before placing them in the plate
  4. It should look like this
  5. And that's it delicious sugar free sweets are ready to eat
