  1. Katla fish pieces...3
  2. Potato...4
  3. Onion...1
  4. Panch foron seeds...1tspn
  5. Garlic...10
  6. Ginger...1tspn
  7. Curd...3tspn
  8. Coconut powder...2tspn
  9. Dry kashmiri red chilli...3
  10. Turmeric powder...2tspn
  11. Red chilli powder...1tspn
  12. Kashmiri red chilli powder...1tspn
  13. Cumin powder...1tspn
  14. Sahi garam masala...1/2tspn
  15. Mustard oil as needed
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Boil dry kashmiri red chilli,garlic & chopped onion first.
  2. Boil some potato & fry it in oil.
  3. Take coconut powder & curd in a blender.
  4. Add boiled spices with it & make a paste of it.
  5. Marinate the fish with salt, red chilli powder & turmeric powder & fry it in oil.
  6. Now fry the masala paste for few minutes.
  7. Add all spices & boiled potato.
  8. After some time add water & let it boil.When it will start to boil, add fried fish.Cover it & let it cook.
  9. After 5 to 10 minutes check salt & gravy.If it is ok, serve it immediately with hot rice.
