Quinoa is very healthy and this is a delicious dish made with the same.

Dahi quinoa

Ingredients to make Dahi quinoa

  • 150 gms quinoa
  • 1/2 ltr dahi [curd]
  • 1 tsp chana dal [bengal gram]
  • 1/2 tsp jeera [cumin seeds]
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seed
  • 1 tsp kismis [raisins]
  • 4 chili slices
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup roasted ground nuts

How to make Dahi quinoa

  1. WADH QUINOA AND DOAKED 1/2 HOUR
  2. KEEP BOILING WATER IN A CADAI..ADD OIL,SALT
  3. ADD SOAKED QUINOA INTO A BOILING WATER ... KEEP COOK TILL IT BECOMES FULL SOFTENING
  4. STRAIN WATER KEEP A SIDE FOR CHILL,TAKE ANOTHER BOWL POUR CURD BEAT NICELY
  5. ADD SALT WISK NICELY..
  6. ADD SALT,THEN CHILLED QUINOA
  7. KEEP MIX UP...FOR TADAKA KEEP CADAI ON FLAME ADD OIL PUT CHANDAL
  8. FRI AS GOLD COLOUR,ADD JERA, MUSTARD SEEDS
  9. THEN CHILI SLICES, CURRY LEAVES, KISMIS
  10. ADD THIS TADAKA ON DAHI QUINOA
  11. ROASTED GROUND NUTS ADD ON IT,
  12. FINALLY GARNISH WITH SOME TOOTYFRUITY , KISMIS READY TO SERVE
