Instant Vada

Ingredients to make Instant Vada

  • One cup bengal gram
  • 1/4 cup besan
  • 2 to 3 spoon rice flour
  • 1 tbsp ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon chiily flakes
  • salt as per taste
  • curd two tablespoon
  • Little oil - 1 tsp
  • Carrot, capsicum, onion and cabbage finely chopped - half cup
  • Pinch of asafoetida
  • Roasted curry leaves
  • Half spoon eno salt

How to make Instant Vada

  1. Coarsely powder bengal gram, mix it with besan flour, rice flour, roasted curry leaves, fennel seeds, ginger powder, chiily flakes and store in a clean air tight container.
  2. When you want to make an instant vada just measure out the quantity needed, add water, veggies and make a smooth batter. Now add eno salt and make them in appe pan or you can even fry.

My Tip:

To make it more healthy make them in appe pan.
