ABOUT Paneer Tikka RECIPE

My favourite appetizer and a recipe that everyone relish eating.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gram paneer cubes
  2. 1 capsicum chopped in large pieces
  3. 1 onion chopped into large pieces
  4. 1 tomato deseeded and chopped into large pieces
  5. 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tsp chat masala
  7. 1 cup hung curd/yogurt
  8. 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  9. 1 tsp amchur powder
  10. 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  13. 1 lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add curd, coriander powder, red chilli powder, amchur powder, chat masala, 1/2 tsp lemon juice , kasuri methi ,salt and some water. Mix it well to form a batter.
  2. Now marinade paneer cubes and veggies into this batter and keep it in fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Take a skewer and add paneer and veggies alternately on it. Apply some oil and grill it in oven or barbeque till the veggies shrinks in size.
  4. Serve hot with pickled onions,mint and lemon wedges.
