ABOUT Yoghurt Banana Oats RECIPE

This is a simple and nutritious breakfast for working woman.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats 1/2 cup
  2. Greek yogurt ,2 cups
  3. Banana 2
  4. Honey 1 tbsp
  5. Cinammon powder 1 /2 tsp
  6. Green Chilli 1 chopped
  7. Coriander 1 tbsp chopped

Instructions

  1. Dry Roast oats In a heavy bottomed wok till aroma starts coming.Cool it.
  2. Take yogurt and add banana , oats and chilli. Blend it well using a mixer. Add Cinnamon powder.
  3. Add honey and mix well.Take out in a bowl .Garnish with coriander leaves.
  4. Serve and have it too.
