About Oats Omelette Recipe

A complete, 5 minutes breakfast, with milk or juice.

Oats Omelette

Ingredients to make Oats Omelette

  • eggs 2
  • Oats 2 tbsp
  • honey 1/4 tsp
  • Milk 1 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
  • parsley/corriender (optional)
  • tomatoes (sliced and washed)
  • olive Oil (Optional)
  • seasonal fruit/milk

How to make Oats Omelette

  1. Beat eggs well. Add oats, milk, honey, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix it well.
  2. Take a non stick pan or add 1/4 tsp of olive oil in a flat pan.
  3. Pour egg mixture and cook on low fire. When one side is done flip it over and turn off the heat.
  4. Let it stay for a minute or two. Serve with tomatoes, fruits and juice/milk.

My Tip:

Add honey.
