ABOUT Oats Omelette RECIPE

A complete, 5 minutes breakfast, with milk or juice.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. eggs 2
  2. Oats 2 tbsp
  3. honey 1/4 tsp
  4. Milk 1 tbsp
  5. Salt and pepper as per taste
  6. Parsley/corriender (optional)
  7. tomatoes (sliced and washed)
  8. olive Oil (Optional)
  9. seasonal fruit/milk


  1. Beat eggs well. Add oats, milk, honey, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix it well.
  2. Take a non stick pan or add 1/4 tsp of olive oil in a flat pan.
  3. Pour egg mixture and cook on low fire. When one side is done flip it over and turn off the heat.
  4. Let it stay for a minute or two. Serve with tomatoes, fruits and juice/milk.
