Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup hung Yogurt
  2. 1.5 cup Bread crumb
  3. 2 green chilli chopped
  4. 1/4 cup fresh chopped coriander
  5. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  6. 1/2 inch ginger chopped
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil for shallow frying
  9. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  11. 1 tsp chaat masala powder
  12. 1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder
  13. 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves chopped

Instructions

  1. Take a Muslin cloth and pour yogurt and hang it for 1 hour or till all water Squeeze out.
  2. Take a bowl add yogurt and add all spices and mix properly then add fresh coriander and mint leaves and mix properly then add bread crumb and mix gently till all comes togethor then add salt to taste and mix again ,your mixture is ready.
  3. Form small Balls out of mixture, Heat non stick pan and Add oil then Shallow fry all kababs till golden and crisp ,We can also air fry them for 12 min at 180.c .
  4. Serve then with ketchup or any dip of your choice..
