Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. dahi [curd] 1 kg
  2. cardamom powder 1/4tsp
  3. green chilly 2chopped
  4. fresh coriander 1tsp
  5. jeera powder 1/4tsp
  6. garam masala 1/4tsp
  7. oats powder 2tsp
  8. sugar 1tsp powder
  9. onion 1 grated (optional)
  10. black pepper 1/4 tsp
  11. cheese cubes 1
  12. bread crumbs to coat
  13. oil
  14. besan 2tsp

Instructions

  1. Hang the curd in a muslin cloth for 8-9 hours so that all the excess water is drained out.
  2. Then refrigerate the hung curd for couple of hours in the refrigerator so that it is well set.
  3. Add all the ingredients to the curd , in a mixing bowl. mix it well and if needed, you can add some more oats powder & besan to make patties.
  4. dip the patties to the bread crumbs and deep fry them in hot oil. serve hot.
