This rawa wada is an instant appetizer. You can add different veggies to make it more nutritive for kids.

Rawa wada with curd dip

Ingredients to make Rawa wada with curd dip

  • 2 cup rawa
  • 3 cup curd
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 6 curry leaves
  • 2 tsp chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp chilly flakes
  • salt to taste
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • Black sesame seed
  • 2 tsp coriander chopped

How to make Rawa wada with curd dip

  1. Take rawa , 2 cup curd, 1 tsp cumin seeds, onion, chopped green chilly, coriander, ginger, curry leaves in a salt and mix it well.
  2. Add salt to taste and some water if required. Mix it and rest it for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile make the curd dip. Take 1 cup curd, add salt, sugar, cumin powder and chilli flakes. Mix well and keep it in fridge to chill.
  4. Now divide thw rawa mixture into 6 balls and give desired shape. Sprinkle some black seseme seeds and deep fry it till golden. Remove on a tissue paper to wipe off excess oil.
  5. Take the curd dip in a bowl and garnish with some cumin powder, chilly flakes and seseme seed.
  6. Serve hot rawa wada with chilled and spicy curd dip.

My Tip:

You can add more chilli flakes if you like the dip to be spicy. And also you can add chopped garlic.
