CHOCOLATE LASAGNE STUFFED WITH PAYASAM AND BOONDI

ABOUT CHOCOLATE LASAGNE STUFFED WITH PAYASAM AND BOONDI RECIPE

Payasam is one of the fabulous South Indian Dessert recipe . Kheer , payasam , payesh or payasa these are the many regional varieties of the same dessert . Today I am sending my fusion dessert recipe is an Italian and South Indian mix , which is my son one of the favorite Recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. payasam 6 tablespoons
  2. Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
  3. chopped badam 3 teaspoons
  4. soda bicarb 1/2 teaspoon
  5. white sauce 1/2 cup
  6. melted chocolate 1/2 cup
  7. grated cheese 1/2 cup
  8. powder sugar 3 teaspoons
  9. Salt a pinch
  10. madia 1 1/2 cup
  11. butter milk 3/4 cup
  12. baking powder 1 teaspoon
  13. boondi ladooes 5 medium

Instructions

  1. Preheated oven 180° c .
  2. Sift refined flour , baking powder , soda into a bowl . Add butter milk , salt and powder sugar and melted chocolate whisk to make a smooth paste .
  3. Heat a non stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter and spread it around . Cook till the underside is browned .
  4. Flip and cook till the other side is cooked similarly . Transfer onto a plate and set aside . Cook other lasagne sheets in the same way .
  5. Take boondi laddoo in a bowl and break them .
  6. Take a spring from cake tin . Trim the lasagne sheets to fit into the tin . Keep one lasagne sheets at the base of the boondi layers and payasam layers and spread of chopped badam layers over it .
  7. Cover with chocolate lasagne sheets and spread some more of the stuffing . Spread them some grated cheese and white sauce and sprinkle some cardamom powder keep the tin preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes .
  8. Remove from the oven and in mould . Cut into wedges and serve with hot or cool as U like.
