ABOUT Eggless Alphonso Cashew Wheat Flour Cooker Cake (made using curd) RECIPE

This is a yummy recipe of a tea cake made with the flavours of mangoes.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 bowl wheat flour
  2. 1/2 bowl milk powder
  3. 1/4 bowl oil
  4. 1 tsp melted butter
  5. 1/2 bowl curd
  6. 1/2 bowl Alphonso Mango Crush
  7. 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence (Any fruit flavored essence is OK)
  8. 1 tsp baking powder
  9. 1/4 tsp soda
  10. Chopped Cashews
  11. Tutti Frutti
  12. Pinch of Salt
  13. Powdered Sugar as required (since we are using mango crush, adjust quantity of sugar as per your taste)

Instructions

  1. Sift dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Now slowly add dry mix to wet mix. Add flour coated cashews to this batter.
  4. Pour this batter in a greased/dusted cake tin. Garnish with tutti-frutti and some more cashews.
  5. Put cake tin in pre-heated cooker. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Let it cool down.
  7. Cut into slices. Enjoy!
