This raita is popular in mainly north India. It is easy to make and a great taste

Boondi raita

Ingredients to make Boondi raita

  • Boondi 100 gm
  • dahi [curd] 1 cup
  • Bhuna Pisa zeera 1/2 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • dhania Patti
  • Lal Mirch pwd 1/2 tsp

How to make Boondi raita

  1. Whisk Dahi till smooth,add bhuna zeera powder ,salt,red chilli powder, boondi in the curd
  2. Mix it very well
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves, serve chilled with pulao or biryani

My Tip:

In this raita you can also add mint leaves and green chilli
