About Veg Fried Rice Recipe

Because of lots of vegetables i used to make frequently...my kids like it very much.

Veg Fried Rice

Ingredients to make Veg Fried Rice

  • rice 2 cups washed and soaked gor 10 minutes
  • cabbage thinly shredded vertically 1 cup
  • carrots jullions 1/2 cup
  • capsicum jullions 1/2 cup
  • spring onions finely chopped 1 cup
  • ginger finely chopped 1/2 tsp
  • garlic finely chopped 1 Tbsp
  • green chillies finely chopped 1 tsp
  • spring onion buls 3 no finely chopped
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • red chilli sauce 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp.
  • Fried rice masala 1Tbsp
  • salt as per taste
  • oil 2 Tbsp

How to make Veg Fried Rice

  1. PREPARE ALL INGREDIENTS.
  2. ADD SOAKED RICE AND SALT IN 6 CUPS OF BOILING WATER FOR 10 MINUTES.
  3. ADD OIL IN FLAT PAN.
  4. ADD FINELY CHOPPED GINGER , GARLIC AND CHILLIES.
  5. ADD FINELY CHOPPED BULB OF SPRING ONIONS.
  6. ADD CARROTS,CABBAGE, CAPSICUM.
  7. ADD 1/2 CUP FINELY CHOPPED SPRING ONIONS.SOUTE FOR 5 MINUTES ON HIGH FLAME.
  8. SIDE BY SIDE CHECK RICE IT IS DONE ,NOT COOKED COMPLETELY...
  9. STRAIN RICE, FILTER ALL WATER FROM IT AND KEEP ASIDE.
  10. ADD RED CHILLI SAUCE IN FRIED VEGETABLES PAN.
  11. ADD SOYA SAUCE.
  12. ADD BLACK PEPPER AND FRIED RICE MASALA.
  13. SAUTE ALL WELL....ADD COOKED RICE
  14. ADD SALT AS PER YOUR TASTE
  15. ADD 1/2 CUP OF CHOPPED SPRING ONION
