Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2 cup vermicelli.
  2. 1 tbsp condensed milk.
  3. 1/2 cup hung curd.
  4. 1 tsp butter.
  5. 1 to 1.5 tbsp powdered sugar.
  6. Pinch of cardamom powder.
  7. 1 tbsp pistachios.
  8. 1 tbsp milk.

Instructions

  1. Roast the vermicelli in butter till golden brown.
  2. And condensed milk and mix well.
  3. Spread this mixture in to cups /moulds.
  4. Press lightly to give the shape.
  5. Refrigerate it for 1 hour.
  6. Meanwhile in a bowl mix the hungcurd with sugar ,cardamom powder and pistachios.
  7. Add little milk.
  8. Mix the mixture properly till it becomes smooth and light.
  9. Refrigerate this too for 1 hour.
  10. Remove the vermicelli cups from the cups / moulds.
  11. Serve the shrikhand in the vermicelli cups.
  12. Garnish with chopped pistachios.
