    About Dahi tadka Recipe

    Dahi tadka

    Ingredients to make Dahi tadka

    • dahi 2 1/2 cup
    • curry patta 5-6
    • green chillies 2
    • coriander leaves 2 tsp
    • cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
    • ginger paste
    • salt to taste
    • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
    • red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
    • coriander powder 1/2 tsp
    • oil 2 tsp

    How to make Dahi tadka

    1. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seed, slit green chillies and coriander leaves
    2. Add ginger paste in a pan and saute for a while
    3. Reduce heat add turmeric powder ,red chilli powder and coriander powder in a pan mix it well
    4. Now add curry leaves ,coriander leaves and dahi in a pan mix it well and switch off the heat immediately
    5. Serve immediately with your favorite dishes

    My Tip:

    Don't use sore Dahi in Dahi tadka
