Simple recipe deep fried chap and combo with tangy curd

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 250gm chapp
  2. 1 lemon
  3. Salt 1tbsp
  4. Chaat masala for sprinkle
  5. Grated ginger garlic 1tsp
  6. Hung curd 300gm
  7. Choped garlic half tsp
  8. Chapped green chilli half
  9. Coriender leaves for garnish
  10. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the chaap sticks.
  2. Take a 200gm of hung curd in bowl add salt ,red chilly powder and chaat masala in it. Also add ginger garlic paste and lemon juice mix it properly.
  3. Add chapped chaap piece in above bowl and keep it aside for 30 mins.
  4. heat oil in wok add chaap nuggets in it. Fry properly. Take it out on tissue paper
  5. Curd dip-take remaining curd add garlic chopped and green chilly in it. Add salt and chaat masala and coriander leaves.
  6. Take a plate place chaap nuggets and curd dip and serve hot.
