Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. All purpose flour...2cup
  2. Egg...4
  3. Poppy seeds...3tspn
  4. Chopped onion...1
  5. Kashmiri red chilli...3
  6. Green chilli...5
  7. Red chilli powder...1tspn
  8. cumin powder...1tspn
  9. coriander powder...1tspn
  10. turmeric powder...2tspn
  11. Garam masala...1/2tspn
  12. sugar a pinch
  13. salt to taste
  14. oil as needed
  15. coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Soak poppy seeds & kashmiri red chilli in water for 10 minutes.
  2. Then make a smooth paste of it.
  3. Heat oil,add salt, turmeric powder & red chilli powder & fry the hard boiled eggs in it.Take out from oil after few minutes.
  4. Fry chopped onion & green chilli in the same oil.
  5. Add poppy seeds_red chilli paste in it & fry it all.
  6. Add fried eggs & all spices now.Stir it constantly.
  7. After 5 to 10 minutes add some hot water.Cover it & let it cook for few minutes.
  8. For luchi, make a dough of flour,salt, 1tspn oil & water as needed.
  9. Roll it, make small pooris.Fry it in deep oil & serve it with dim posto.
