Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Full fat milk...1ltr
  2. Vinegar...2tspn
  3. Milk maid...50gm
  4. Nolen gur...1/2cup
  5. Aampapad bar...100gm
  6. Ghee...2tspn

Instructions

  1. Boil milk first.When it will start to leave bubble, switch off the flame.After 5 minutes add vinegar to make paneer.
  2. Drain excess water from paneer.Make it dry & crumble it.
  3. Add paneer & jaggery .Stir it constantly to avoid burning.
  4. Add milkmaid & mix it welk.
  5. When the mixture leaves the sides if the pan, switch off the flame.Make it cool & mash it well.
  6. Take some aam papad sheet from aam paoar bar.Take some mixture from sandesh mixture & wrap it with aam papad sheet.
  7. Keep it in fridge fir an hour for set & then serve it.
