Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Sour curd 1 cup
  2. Small onion 5
  3. Coconut oil 2 tsp
  4. Mustard 1 tsp
  5. Red Chilly 2
  6. Green chilly 3
  7. Jeera 1 tsp
  8. Coconut grated 3 tsp
  9. Toor dal 1 tsp
  10. Raw rice 1 tsp
  11. Ginger 1/2 inch piece
  12. Asafetida 1/2 tsp
  13. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  14. Salt
  15. Curry leaves few

Instructions

  1. First soak toor dal and raw rice for 15 mins
  2. Then in a mixed add soaked dal and rice along with green chilly, finger, jeera, coconut, asafoetida , turmeric powder and being well like a paste wedding enough water
  3. Now heat a wok, add coconut oil, then temper with mustard and red chilly, once done add curry leaves, then add chopped onion and required salt. Now add the ground paste stir for 5 mins .
  4. Yummy Morekuzhambu is ready
