Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rava/Suji 2 cups
  2. cucumber grated 2cups
  3. carrot grated 1cup
  4. Dill leaves 1 cup (optional)
  5. onions finely chopped 1cup
  6. Green chillies 1tsp finely chopped
  7. ginger finely chopped 1tsp
  8. coriander leaves 1 cup
  9. salt to taste
  10. oil


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl (except oil) and make a dough.
  2. Take a fistful of dough and spread it on a sheet by pressing equally and gently.
  3. Heat a tawa and sprinkle little oil and place it on the tawa and close a lid. After a while turn it back to cook both the sides by sprinkling oil again.
  4. Once it cook both the sides take it out from the tawa and serve it with your choice of chutney and butter.
