Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups maida
  2. 1/2 cup Milk
  3. 5-6 spoon dahi
  4. 1/2tsp ajwain
  5. 1/2 tsp Salt
  6. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  7. Pinch of Soda
  8. 4 tsp oil
  9. Water as required
  10. FOR GARNISH
  11. Dried and powdered mint leaves
  12. For stuffing
  13. 5-6 boiled and mashed potatoes
  14. Salt to taste and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Take maida in a bowl.
  2. Add all the ingredients.
  3. Make a soft dough.
  4. Rest this dough for 2-3 hours.
  5. Take small portion of dough and fill it with mashed potatoes. Garnish with mint leaves.
  6. Now cook it using tandoor for 3-4 min.
  7. Serve hot with butter.
