Ingredients to make Egg curry( cooker style)

  • Boiled eggs 4
  • onion 1.5 medium
  • tomato half
  • garlic 4
  • ginger 1 inch
  • Green chilli 4
  • Dried red chilli 2
  • cloves 4-5
  • Black pepper corns 1tsp
  • Green cardamom 4
  • cinnamon stick 1 inch
  • bay leaf 2
  • cumin seeds half a tsp
  • coriander powder 2 tsp
  • turmeric half tsp
  • salt
  • Red chilli powder half tsp
  • oil
  • Half tsp ghee
  • coriander leaves to garnish

How to make Egg curry( cooker style)

  1. Fry the hard boiled eggs. Slit them vertically all round or in 4 parts and keep them aside
  2. Grind onion, tomatoes, red chilli, green chilli, ginger, garlic, cloves cinnamon cardamom, black pepper corn with a little water.
  3. Heat oil in a cooker. Add 2 bayleaves. And cumin seeds. Put the grinded masala and fry for 10 mins.
  4. Add coriander powder turmeric and red chilli powder and salt. Fry for another 10 minutes adding water in between.
  5. Now add the eggs. Saute for 2 minutes. Put desired amount of water. Adjust salt. And bring it to one whistle.
  6. Before serving add a dash of ghee and put coriander leaves. Enjoy with roti or rice.
