Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fresh thick Arbis 250 gms
  2. Curd 1 cup+ 1 cup watet
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. Green chilli 1 chopped
  5. Ajwain seeds 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Hing 1/4 tsp
  9. Dhania jeera powder 1 tsp
  10. Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  11. Salt 1/2 tsp
  12. Mustard oil 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash arbis well.Scrape them and cut lengthwise.
  2. Heat oil in a wok add hing,ajwain and ginger garlic paste.Add turmeric powder and dhania powder.Now add arbis . Add red chilli powder and green chilli.Cover it and cook for 5 minutes on slow flame.
  3. When they are soft to touch add curd and water.Stir well till it boils.
  4. Now add salt and let it simmer for 5 minutes. It will leave oil.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Serve with parathas.
