Murungakeerai Adai

Ingredients to make Murungakeerai Adai

  • Recipe : 2 cups of idly rice / ponni rice
  • Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  • green chilli to taste I used 6 to 7 . Salt to taste.
  • Drumsticks leaves and curry leaves 1 cup
  • hing 1 tsp

How to make Murungakeerai Adai

  1. Washed and Soak the rice for 2 hours and keep aside.
  2. In a blender add rice and grind it smoothly.
  3. Add grated coconut salt green Chilli and grind one last time and transfer to the bowl.
  4. Add cleaned and washed drumstick and curry leaves and lets soaked in the batter for 15 to 20 mins.
  5. And start making Adai like how we do for dosas!!!
  6. Serve this Adai with any chutney or with idly podi is good.
